Governments all over the world are trying, one way or another, to limit the illegal distribution of content on the global network. However, success has not yet been achieved almost anywhere. 2. Argentina

1. Ukraine

Ukraine is absolute leader in the use of pirated content. According to experts, even in the government, up to 80% of the software used is illegal. Such neglect of copyright and intellectual property protection may result in economic sanctions being imposed on Ukraine. The country has already been excluded by the United States from the "General System of Preferences" - a program under which Ukrainian goods were imported duty-free in the United States annually in the amount of more than $ 70 million.
