The analytical agency Markswebb Rank & Report, whose clients are many banks, has released an annually compiled rating of mobile banks. The services included in it were evaluated according to 200 criteria. At the same time, the results of an online survey of Runet users, the results of a desk survey of interfaces and usability testing, in which customers of Russian credit organizations participated, were taken into account.

The first lines of the rating were occupied by banking organizations, which brought their mobile applications as close as possible to Internet banking.
